Flower arranging is as simple as it sounds, but gives your child an outlet for their creativity while beautifying your home! Your child will feel proud of their work and will love working with beautiful fresh flowers.
– One bunch of flowers like daisies or chrysanthemums
– Small glass vase or canning jar with water
– Sponge to clean up water spills
Let your child experiment with cutting the stems of the flowers. Show them the first time around how to measure the stem next to the vase to see how tall the flower will be, and carefully snip away!
Place your creation in a central part of your home for the entire family to enjoy, and remind your child of their work, “You did it!”
