For this activity, all you’ll need are a few clothespins, either with springs or the old-fashioned kind that are simply straight, and a bucket.
Place however many clothespins you’d like in the center of the bucket. Provide fewer for a younger child, and add more as they become confident in their skills.
Next, invite your child to attach pins to the outside of the bucket! Squeezing the top of the clothespin is a great fine motor skill for a young child, and it’s fun!
